Let your Butterflies dance
Let your Soul be Free
From Trivial Matters
And Useless Thoughts
Free your Spare Time
From Worthless People
Who don't deserve a second
Of your Precious, Sacred Life

Below: some old pictures of butterflies I took in September 2021 in my favourite and secret Parisian park.
As I had left my smartphone at home, I couldn't take any picture of the beautiful butterflies I saw dancing in my lovely park on this Sunday morning, but I can't complain: I was glad and content to admire their light and joyful choreography for a while, like a sort of Zen meditation, without the urge to photograph them.
I quickly wrote this little poem on a receipt I had in my pocket, as an advice to people I care and also as a memento for myself, when bad times could keep me away from my aim, in order to stick to my own real and valuable priorities.

A little update with a photo of a t-shirt fitting the theme of the poem I wrote yesterday. In these dark and depressing times, let's hold on to what really matters and gives light and colour to our lives and our beloved ones' lives.

Another update with some pictures of two real, beautiful butterflies I have just seen and photographed this morning, in my personal and private (i.e., secret) locus amœnus.
Here is a short article about my passion for photography.
